I have been nothing but thrilled with their professionalism and the quality of their classes. They are always on time, and take complete ownership of their time in our school. “The LNM representative” routinely manages all communications with parents, scheduling of make ups, rental of instruments, etc. VERY few of our other vendors have the same attitude about their classes. I have never waited more than an hour or two to hear from “The LNM representative” with any question or concern from a parent. I have never had a single complaint about any of their classes (and we’ve had no less than 4 classes per session with them). In fact, almost all of the students who tried one of their classes returned to them for another session. I cannot think of a single reason not to welcome them into your school. They have been a very welcome addition to ours.

The Waples Mill Elementary School PTA Enrichment Program, is the largest Enrichment Program in the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). There are over 27 before and after-school enrichment classes. FCPS has many strict regulations for bringing in outside vendors/instructors, and there are many forms that must be filed with the school and the county. All Enrichment Programs at the schools are subject to audits, because the WMES-PTA has the largest program we make sure all policies are adhered to. I personally interview all potential vendors/instructors, check their references and in most cases go an observe their classes before contracting with them. Learn Now Music was one of four Music companies/schools I interviewed. I found their program was the best fit for our school and the fees were very reasonable. Their teaching approach was exactly what I was looking for; students should have fun while learning how to play an instrument – they want students to enjoy playing and love music. Learn Now Music classes have been running since the first week of October 2010 on a 9 month program. However, they allow students to enroll at any time. The music classes are very popular, because of the offerings and most importantly the music instructors, all of whom are very good with children and fun. Everyone of the instructors hold a Bachelors/ Masters degree in music, and play at least 3 instruments, they are very passionate about music and it shows.. Many of the parents have been impressed by how much their children love going to class, that they have hired the instructors for additional private lessons. Some parents chose to hire them for private lessons only, because of the high praise and recommendations they received from students and parents alike. Learn Now Music customer service is of the highest quality, they are very flexible, approachable and address issues immediately. We have had no problems with the classes, instructors or customer service. I observe all the enrichment classes at least twice a month. I will either sit in the class for at least 15 minutes and/or stand outside of the classroom to listen (where I cannot be seen). I want to make sure the parents get what they expected and paid for, and that the kids are learning and enjoying their enrichment class. Even under this kind of observation the staff of Learn Now music provides a top quality product every class. We absolutely plan to have them return to our school next year. I highly recommend them.

I am writing to submit my enthusiastic support for LearnNowMusic’s group classes and encourage you to include them as part of the offerings for after school activities. My daughter, a rising 1st grader, has loved her experience in LearnNowMusic’s group piano class. She is a fairly shy kid, and she insisted, after just one and a half semesters of piano class, in entering the variety show to demonstrate her piano playing skills. The class has built her confidence, she is able to read music and she has had a great time in the group setting. She has also begged me to sign her up for guitar lessons as well, also offered by LearnNowMusic. I am happy to share our positive experience!
